This Dolcetto grape comes from a DOC zone that is considered the best of seven DOC's in Italy's Piedmont region because of the number of high-quality producer making wine. Ruby colored and fruity on the nose, aromas of cherries, plums, almonds and anise. Full-bodied with low acidity. Ages gracefully for up to 10 years. This is a naturally fermented product and there may be some sediment in the bottom of the bottle. A great wine that reflects the care and attention the producers have put in.
